Nihilistic Outlaw Criminal Order
NOCO hails from Plainview, TX. Greg Watkins joined forces with NOCO headed up by frontman Paul Sanches in 2017 and performed sound engineering, production and synth/noise duties on a handful of cassette releases throughout 2017 and 2018. Nihilistic Outlaw Criminal Order takes a Grindcore attitude towards experimentalism that can more easily be experienced than explained. Downloads of the albums are available here.
